Held in a small group of 14 kids/teens maximum, this program is designed for young athletes. The goal is to further enhance an athlete’s understanding regarding the basics of performance training, while establishing a foundation for present and future competition.

It includes:
• Twelve (12) 60-minute Group CLASS sessions.
• Fuel plan and Medical Sports assessments, every 03 months, at our facilities.
• One (01) 30-minute Brain Lab session.
• VERTIKAL® ON DEMAND APP.
